An easy to use children's behaviour questionnaire to give to pupils to enable them to reflect on their own behaviour. Focuses on the main rules/areas of behaviour in primary schools and gives children the chance to rate their own behaviour. Children can set targets to improve their own behaviour and discuss areas of behaviour that they do or don't adhere to well. Draws children's attention to specific aspects of their own behaviour to allow honest reflection and discussion.
