Cognitive Load Theory has been around since the 1980s. It tells us that we are more likely to learn things long term if we remove distractions from our learning and focus on the core knowledge that we need. Our video staff meetings are designed to allow your staff team to reflect on current educational theory. They then discuss ways to implement ideas that could work for your children.
